Processing Time

Hardware orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Each device is pre-flashed and tested before shipping, which accounts for the preparation time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

• European Union — standard delivery 3–7 business days.
• United Kingdom — standard delivery 5–10 business days.
• Rest of World — contact us before ordering to confirm availability and estimated delivery time.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via tracked postal services and courier partners. The carrier used depends on your delivery address and the size of your order. Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. MidiVPN has no control over customs processing times.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us via our contact page with your order reference. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

MidiVPN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of order. MidiVPN cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
