Refund Policy

Hardware Products
Hardware products (VPN Box, Home VPN, Office VPN) are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Refund request submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Product returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
Products that have been configured, activated, or show signs of use are not eligible for a refund unless defective.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your hardware arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Cloud VPN Subscriptions
Annual Cloud VPN subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your node remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Unused full months remaining on your subscription are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Partial months are not refunded.
Free VPN Plan
The Free VPN plan has no associated payment and is therefore not subject to refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or return, contact us via our contact page with your order reference and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Exceptions
MidiVPN reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of misuse, tampering, or violation of our Terms of Use.
